Released on August 26th, 2022 :), Hidden Youth is Surfaces’ Fifth studio album. Some of their more popular projects include Where The Light Is, and Horizons. Released not long ago, the Hidden Youth vinyl might be our favorite project from this group. Singles for this album included I Can’t Help But Feel It, What’s Been On Your Mind, and Rooftops. Surfaces does a fantastic job of creating background albums that make you want to move. And this album is, in our opinion, the “Vibiest” of their entire catalog. This is one of our top picks if you’re looking for an album to spin at home while you clean your room, do the laundry, or even study.

Surfaces have made big waves in the past; I’m talking about Sunday Best to be specific. The single, released in early 2019 went Gold, and the album version (re-release) went 3x Platinum in 2020. They have worked together with several big-name artists including Elton John, Tai Verdes, and Thomas Rhett. As their work has matured more toward production rather than performance, the quality of their albums has consistently improved with each release.
